    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    The assessment is done through peer review of self-assessment and teacher feedback. The assessment criteria have been derived from the practised skills and are laid down at the beginning of the course and used throughout the learning process.

    Speech communications (assessed on a scale of 1–5):

The structure, language, style, tone, layout and source references of the text have deficiencies in regard to the genre conventions.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    Good (3–4):
    The student can write texts that comply with the genre conventions of working life and the degree programme and are suited to the intended purpose of the text. The student’s texts comply with the genre conventions and the intended purpose of the text. The structure, language, style, tone, layout and source references support the object of the text as regards the content and communications.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    Excellent (5):
    The student can independently and creatively write texts that comply with the genre conventions of working life and the degree programme and are suited to the intended purpose of the text. The student’s texts comply with the genre conventions and the intended purpose of the text. The structure, language, style, tone, layout and source references support the object of the text as regards the content and communications.
